I’ll admit over the years, I haven’t done a lot of looking after my skin and it’s only been recently that I have decided to start – I’m guessing it was when I saw the aging start to creep in!

I walked in and was met by the lovely team who then introduced me to Gemma and let me know she would be doing my treatment. Gemma made me feel so comfortable and wow does she know about skin! I filled in some paperwork and had an initial consultation with Gemma who wasn’t just there to do her job – she was fully invested in learning about my skin, my routines, and even my general health. Then came the amazing treatment.
Gemma decided that the best treatment on the day would be a HydroJelly Advanced Facial and Yellow LED Treatment. We started things off with a microdermabrasion skin treatment that provides gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and encourage cell turnover.
You’ve probably seen HydroJelly treatments on social media. They pour a jelly-type liquid on your face and I’ve seen it so many times and have always wanted to try it!
It is a new generation peel-off mask boosted with electrolyte technology, pure algae, and skin-boosting activities to help with things like rebalancing the skin’s PH, restoring moisture levels, and cooling and soothing the skin, making it the perfect companion to your skin. This was such a beautiful treatment and I would highly recommend it.
Next came the beautiful Yellow LED treatment. I have had this done before and it is the most relaxing experience. Something about that LED light just puts me into a state of relaxation. As for the benefits, the LED lights target deep into cells heightening their internal functions, photo-stimulating dermal blood flow, and creating faster healing so your skin always looks rejuvenated. They like to refer to it as a ‘skin gym’.
This treatment is suitable for all skin types and is such a nice treat! It is valued at $149.98 but is currently on sale for just $99. What a bargain!
