(KRISTIE) It worked for me. I suffer from anxiety and restless legs which causes sleep issues. The first night I tried it, I noticed I wasn’t moving as much. I also slept well enough to dream, which I never do! The second night I got a solid 4 hours only waking twice (again, never happens). So I loved it. It definitely helps me sleep better. The only thing I do not like is the covering is very static. A nice cotton cover would be better. And the weight of it, I tried the heaviest one, and while it worked, I think I’d prefer a lighter one. Especially for hot nights. I have recommended this blanket to friends and family that also have sleep issues due to stress, anxiety or restlessness.
