Light therapy mask - 4-in-1 treatment for your skin

Ive made it pretty clear that as ive got older, my skin just isn’t what it used to be. And im willing to find pretty funky things on the market to help me out with it!

I stumbled across something called an LED light therapy mask from a company called Peppy Co. The mask uses UV Free Colour Light Therapy in specific wavelengths to treat the skin for different skincare benefits. The Mask has 3 lights – blue, yellow and red. The blue light can effectively eliminate acne causing bacteria from the root and is great for breaking the acne cycle.

The red light increases hydration from the inside out and has the firming effect to eliminate wrinkles and revitalise the skin. And the yellow light promotes the alternating function of cell oxygen, reduces skin roughness and poor circulation.

The mask is quite comfortable to wear and it comes with inbuilt glasses but I found that I still had to close my eyes because of the brightness. However, closing my eyes did help me to relax a little more as you have to wear the mask through each cycle for about 10 minutes.

I used the mask for about 3 months along with my daily skincare routine and I loved having the ability to do it in the comfort of my own home. I used the yellow light mostly as I felt like that would help with my problem areas. I definitely noticed a difference in my skin after a few treatments, especially while using it along with the all-in-one sleeping mask that Peppy Co also sent. The mask is meant to sooth, balance, hydrate and protect your skin. All you need to do is apply it right before bed and leave it on your skin. You wash it off in the morning and your skin is glowing! Using these two products with eachother worked fantastic for me and I would really recommend getting yourself one!

If you love the idea of being able to treat yourself in the comfort of your own home, you’ll love these products!
